| Who
is Americollect? |
|

| The
founder, John Steimle, started Manitowoc
Collection Service in 1964. For
30 years, it served as the local collection
agency for hundreds of businesses
in Northeast Wisconsin. In 1994, Manitowoc
Collection Service changed its name
to Americollect, Inc to reflect our
growth throughout the Midwest. In
1999, Steimle retired and Kenlyn Gretz,
who since 1988 had been Americollect’s
collection manager, purchased the
business. From the beginning, Kenlyn
has realized the need for compassionate
and professional collection services.
He has looked “outside the box”
for innovative ideas to improve collection
percentages. Americollect uses the
latest technology, batch processing,
and team efforts to collect accounts.

are we looking for in a Collector? |

| Qualifications |
Candidate should
possess the following qualities:
team-player attitude, hard worker,
quick thinker, assertive, self-accountable,
internet savvy, good keyboarding,
working knowledge in Word &
Excel. Bilingual Spanish/English
is a plus. Collection experience
is not necessary, however sales
experience is great! Americollect

|
You should be able to keyboard,
know how to use a PC and have
the ability to catch on quickly.
A good phone voice is important
along with a strong desire to
learn about an interesting industry.
